Meeting The Waynes

(My boyfriend and I are out for dinner and discussing the upcoming ‘meeting of the parents’. His will be in town soon and we are supposed to go out to breakfast, but I’m a little anxious about it.)

Me: *trying to get used to the idea* “Yeah, I can totally meet your parents! I’m good with parents!”

Boyfriend: “I hope so. You have two of them!”

Me: “Well, yeah! It’s not like I’m Batman!”

Boyfriend: “This is why I love you.”
