A customer approaches us at the help counter.

Customer: “Do you have any books on the seven wonders of the ancient world?”

Me: “Yes! We have plenty! Most of them are in the ancient history section. If you follow me I can—”

Customer: “—no, I saw those, but I wanted modern books… like travel books! I wanted to visit them all this summer! It’s on my bucket list! Come and show me in the travel section!

She darts off to the travel section, expecting me to follow. I lock eyes with my coworker.

Coworker: “Break it to her easy.”
