The Family That Tackles Together, Stays Together

(My husband and his brother both play in the same over 30s soccer competition for different teams. I am watching them play against each other when Husband accidentally trips his brother during a tackle. Brother gets up and rushes towards my husband. Another player starts running in to prevent a fight.)

Brother: *right into husband’s face* “That’s it. I’m telling Mum on you!”

Husband: “Ooh, I’m scared!”

(They both laugh and return to the game, leaving the other player standing there.)

Player: “Wait… what?”
