Going To Gatecrash Your List

(My two younger children recently taught themselves to ride their new bikes and enjoy it immensely, although their skill is still somewhat shaky, as this exchange can attest:)

Daughter: *to me* “Mom, guess what? I just added “a gate” to the list of things I have managed to crash into!”

Son: “You have a list? I have a SCHEDULE!”
