Louder Than A Pee(p)

(My grandfather has just died, and we are holding a service for him. Since he was in the Navy, two navy men attend to fold the American flag. They present it to his mother, my great grandmother, who is 92 years old.)

Navy Man: “It is an honor to be here, ma’am.”

Grandmother: *takes flag* “Thank you.”

(She then leans over to her daughter, my great aunt, and attempts to whisper, but still quite loud.)

Grandmother: “How much longer is this? I have to pee like a racehorse!”

(The entire funeral home falls silent, stunned.)

Cousin: “Me too!”
