Little Master Bruce

(I am a crossing guard. A little boy comes by with his brothers every day. He apparently is too shy to talk to me, but I take note of his Batman themed hat/backpack, etc. and call him Batman.)

Me: “Hey, Batman! Have a nice day.”

Little Boy: *whispers to big brother*

Big Brother: “He wants to be called Bruce Wayne.”

Me: “Have a nice day, Bruce Wayne!”

Little Boy: *smiles*
