(We are discussing where our relationship is heading.)

Me: “It’s just… new, to me. I’ve not even been in a serious local relationship before… I guess it’s just big.”

Boyfriend: “Okay, one: What the f***! How have you not been in a relationship, who wouldn’t want to relationship all this?”

Me: “Did you just use ‘relationship’ as a verb?”

Boyfriend: “Yes I did, and two: It’s scary for me, too. But I’m willing to work on it. I will relationship the s*** out of you!”

Me: “Uh… thank you?”
