Learning About Time In A Blink

(We are discussing about time during my science class and we all have to give our own explanation about time. Note: I am a huge nerd about Doctor Who.)

Teacher: “[My Name], can you define “time” for us, please?”

(The whole class starts whispering silently that I can’t do it because everyone else wasn’t able to define it properly so they assume that I can’t either.)

Me: “Well, people assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but really from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it’s more of a big ball of wibbly wobbly… timey wimey… stuff.”

Everyone: *just stares at me with mouth open*

Teacher: “Where the h*** did you learn that?!”

Me: “Doctor Who.”

Teacher: “Figures…”
