Laptop Flop, Part 18

(My mom has just gotten her first laptop from work but is more used to a desktop PC.)

Mom: “It says low battery on my laptop; I will have to give it back to work.”

Me: “What are you talking about?”

Mom: “Well, it’s obviously faulty because laptops are different from a PC. You never have to plug it in.”

Me: “Mom… you still have to charge the battery when it gets low. It doesn’t run indefinitely.”

Mom: “Oh…”
