Just the FAX, Sir
I am working at a call center for a prepaid phone company, currently in the card department.
Caller: “I’m trying to use [prepaid card] on my account.”
I check the notes and see that the card is showing as used in our system, and that he has called us about this previously.
Me: “Okay, I see that you called earlier, and we let you know that we need you to fax us a copy of the purchase receipt in order to use the card. Did you need the fax number again?”
Caller: “I tried that number. I just heard beeping.”
