Client: “I have a CD here that I want to install.”
Me: “What’s on the CD?”
The client starts reading out all the files on the CD.
Me: “That isn’t helping.”
Client: “Okay, could you come over and help me install the CD?”
Me: “Can we do this over Team Viewer?”
Client: “Sure, could you come over and install Team Viewer for me?”
