In Need Of Some Social Studies

(I had been called to the main office regarding my cap and gown for graduation. On my way back to class I overheard the following conversation between a teacher on ‘bathroom duty’ and one passing by.)

Teacher #1: “So, do you want to hang out during our prep period?”

Teacher #2: “Ugh, I can’t; I have an appointment with a student.”

Teacher #1: “Ugh, that sucks.”

Teacher #2: “I know. I hope they’ll cancel. Freaking students keep getting in the way of my social life.”

Teacher #1: “I know, right? You would think the 45 minutes during class would be enough time to deal with them….”
