He Can Work Some Magic With Those Cards

(I am chatting with my boyfriend on Skype, discussing ‘Magic: The Gathering’.)

Boyfriend: “I took the liberty of getting you some cards for your new deck. I think you’ll really enjoy one of them.”

(He sends me a link to something called a ‘Questing Phelddagrif’.)

Me: “…What is it?”

Boyfriend: “Just click it.”

Me: “Okay.”

(Two seconds later.)

Me: “Oh, my God! It’s a Hippo with wings! What is this?!”

Boyfriend: “You like it?”

Me: “I do not care what it does! It’s a Hippopotamus with wings and it’s going in my deck!”
