Gopher Line Two

I work at a call center. When taking a caller off hold, I get treated to this interaction:

Me: “Hello, [Caller], are you still there?”

Caller: “Yup, I’m still here.”

Me: “Okay, thank you for holding. Now, I’ve been looking over your account—”

BANG!

Me: “I’m sorry, there was a loud noise in the background.”

Caller: “Oh, that was me. I’m trying to kill this god-d*** gopher.”
