(It’s early morning and I’m getting up to leave for work. I go in to say goodbye to my extremely groggy girlfriend.)

Me: “I’ll see you later. Don’t forget to check the Internet; they just released a new Pokémon game.”

(She grumbles, attempts a high-five, then rolls over pathetically. A few hours later I get a text from her.)

Girlfriend: “FENNEC FOX FENNEC FOX FENNEC FOX!”

Me: “I take it you’re excited?”

Girlfriend: “MINE!”
