Give Them Credit For Figuring It Out… Eventually?

I ask, because I have to:

Me: “Your total is $113.12, today, sir. However, if you sign up for [Store Card] you could save 10% on today’s purchase!”

Customer: “Is your store card a credit card?”

Me: “Yes.”

Customer: “Then no thank you! I just found out you have to pay those back!”
