(I’ve been seeing this guy for a month or so, but we met online six months ago. We can joke about just about anything and we know intimate details about each other. For example, he knows that I’ve taken an informal vow of chastity. He’s on Facebook, and I see a conversation pop up from his friend.)

Friend’s Message: “Has the virgin arrived?”

Boyfriend: *smiles at me sheepishly and hugs me around my waist*

Me: “That’s how your friends know me?”

Boyfriend: “Well, that and ‘big t**s.'”

(We both got a good laugh about it. Oh, well!)
