(Three friends and I are hanging out at a well-known conservative chicken place. It is approaching closing time.)
Worker: “Hey, guys.”
Friend #1: “Oh, are you closing? We’ll leave!”
Worker: “Oh, no, it’s not that. A man came through the drive-thru and saw you through the window. He said you all looked so happy that he wanted to do something nice, so he bought you all milkshakes. What flavor would you each like?”
