Flying To The Rescue

| Learning | October 22, 2015

(Our regular teacher is ill and we have a substitute teacher. She is unable to control the class and at this point, the class is very rowdy, with everyone shouting at the same time. I raise my hand and wave it at the teacher several times, with no avail.)

Me: *finally fed up, screaming* “Teacher!”

Teacher: “What? Don’t scream at me!”

Me: “I need to tell you something. Can you come over?”

Teacher: “You’re speaking too softly! Speak up! If you can scream for me, you can say what you want from your desk!”

Me: *shrugs and speaks loudly*  “Fine. Your fly is open.”
