Falls Under The Blanket Return Policy
Customer: “I want to return this electric blanket. I have the receipt.”
The receipt was so old it has practically bleached out but I can make out a date that was FIVE YEARS before.
Me: “Why do you want to return it?”
Customer: “It’s a fleece blanket so it’s piling after being washed monthly. It still functions but it’s not in a condition I find acceptable.”
Me: “I understand, ma’am, but it’s outside our return–”
Customer: “My husband used to work here! You should do it for him!”
Me: “If he used to work here he would also tell you that returns are not accepted past ninety days.”
The joy on my face when she asked to see the MOD and was told the same exact response… priceless!
