Environmentally Unfriendly

I work at a movie theater in a museum. Pushing for sustainability, the concession stand does not sell plastic water bottles. Instead, guests can take a recyclable cup and fill it at the drinking fountain and take it into the theater.

On this occasion, a guest with two friends asks for water and is given a cup and directed toward the water fountain. He proceeds to fill the cup, immediately drink all of it, and throw the cup in the trash. 

Guest: *Accusingly, toward the concessions cashier* “Well, that was extremely wasteful.”

Fortunately, his friends did not waste any time calling the man out on how stupid he was being.
