€1,50 Earns You A Detailed Description Of How Strangers Wash Their Hair

(I’m a sales assistant in a popular store that sells fresh, handmade cosmetics. Apparently, the price of a shampoo went from around €8 to €9,50 for 100ml, some time before I worked there.)

Customer: “I want to ask you something. Why is this product suddenly more expensive?”

Me: “Oh, I didn’t know the price was different before, but every year we evaluate the prices and compare them to the quality and origin of the ingredients. Some products even got cheaper!”

Customer: “Well, now it is way too expensive! I use a 100 ml bottle every three months, and then I don’t have to wash my hair for five days! When I use cheaper brands my hair gets greasy right away. Look, I washed it this morning! Since the price has increased so much, I have to go back to this cheap brand and have oily hair!” *walks out of the store angrily*
