Don’t Cat-ch Him In A Lie

I work in a card store. A guy comes over wanting something special for his wife on their anniversary.

Customer: “All these simple ‘I love you’ and ‘to the love of my life’ cards are so standard and boring. I need something that really shouts it from the rooftops.”

Me: “This one says, ‘I love you more than cats.”

Customer: “I also need one that she’s going to believe… and is true.”

I put the card back, and we settled on a more reasonable card. I hope that his wife approved, but I especially hope that the cats did too!
