Doesn’t Need To Be Mansplained

(We are a very feminist family. My father has just explained the concept of misogyny to my older brother’s son, who is six, since I had just read my extra credit essay assignment on feminism. Nobody expects him to understand what was said, but my mom deems it necessary for him to hear it. Then, my sister-in-law and I hear him drop this gem while we are watching Beauty and the Beast, during the part where Gaston says that women shouldn’t read — one of my least favorite parts of the movie.)

Nephew: *angrily, partially lisping* “What a mean misogyny.”
