Doesn’t Know What Tey Are Thalking About

(My boyfriend and I are visiting my grandparents. My grandma is telling the story about when she was giving birth to my mother.)

Grandma: “So the midwife asked me for my details. I gave them to her, afterwards she needed the details of [Grandfather], so I said ‘[First Name] [Middle Name] [Last Name], but he is usually called by his middle name’. Then, the midwife asked me how to spell his first name – and I didn’t know. I had no idea whether it was with ‘th’ or just ‘t’… She looked at me quite funny!”

(My grandfather has been listening quietly until now.)

Grandpa: “Well… you’re going to laugh — but I don’t know either right now…”
