Skipping past all the boring parts of the call to this bit:
Caller: “Can you help me? I forgot my Facebook password.”
Me: “Okay, no problem. We’ll just walk you through the password recovery. Do you have access to your email address?”
Caller: “No. I forgot that password too.”
Me: “Okay, well then I’ll recover that first, and we can then recover your Facebook password. Do you have your cell phone on you?”
Caller: “I left it at home.”
Me: “Okay, then I can’t help you. You need to have your phone on you so I can recover your passwords. They will send you a verification to your phone to get around your forgotten password.”
Caller: “Can’t you just make me a new password?”
