Do Not Password, Do Not Pass Go, Part 4
I am helping a caller who is having issues logging in.
Caller: “What’s my password?”
Me: “I have no idea what your password is.”
Caller: “Then how the h*** am I supposed to know it?!”
Me: “Okay, let’s go through the password reset process.”
The caller selects reset password.
Caller: “It’s asking for my mother’s maiden name.”
Me: “Please type in the answer.”
Caller: “What is it?”
Me: “I don’t know.”
Caller: “You don’t know much, do you?”
Me: “I know how to remember my own password.”
