(I walk into class and all of the desks are arranged in a circle, with one in the middle. Student #1 sits at the center desk.)
Student #1: “Hey, [Teacher], why are the desks like this?”
Teacher: “It’s an experiment.”
Student #2: “Yeah, it means you need to be the center of attention, [Student #1].”
(Our teacher didn’t refute this claim, and Student #1 was very upset…)
