Death By Chocolate, Part 5
(It is after Thanksgiving and I have made a large, rich, chocolate cake that I cut a piece of with a butter knife. A while later my boyfriend cuts himself a piece. After he finishes I take both plates to the kitchen and see a large knife from the knife block with which he cut his piece.)
Me: “Hun, you could’ve used a butter knife!”
Boyfriend: “If I’m gonna cut something I want it to know it’s gonna die!”
