Aliens And Wheat And Exams, Oh My
(I’m a history teacher, grading the multiple-choice answers on a test I handed out.)
Question: “What was an example of a domesticated plant during the agricultural revolution?”
(The correct answer is “Wheat,” but this particular test has a note written next to the answer:)
Side-Note: “Of course it’s wheat! I mean, wheat gives you all that… $$dough$$.”
Next Question: “How did early humans learn to domesticate crops?”
(One of the answers placed down is a joke: “Aliens came down and taught them.” Another side-note is placed down:)
Side-Note: “Aliens taught humans?! I KNEW IT! Their crop-circles were just advice in farming!”
(I love my job.)
