Cut That Hair And There Will Be Hell(sing) To Pay
(My fiancé and I are arguing about his hair. It is very long and black, but he wants to cut it all off.)
Fiancé: “But it gets everywhere, and takes forever to wash!”
Me: “Please don’t. I swear if you cut your hair, the wedding is off!”
Fiancé: “Well then, I’ll wait to cut it off after we get married! And seriously? Threatening to break up with me just because I want to cut my hair?”
Me: “I’d be okay with it if it was only a couple inches off the bottom, but you want it so short! I just don’t think I can take it.”
Fiancé: “Well, I’m the one who has to live with it, so it’s my decision.”
(He turns to leave, but I make one final remark that makes him stop dead.)
Me: “If you cut off all your hair, you can’t cosplay as Hellsing anymore.”
Fiancé: “Long hair isn’t that hard to deal with.”
