Customers So Bad You Seize Up

I witness a coworker have a seizure when she’s cashiering. We all rush to do what we need to do, but my manager and I notice a customer has stayed in her lane.
Manager: “Ma’am. This lane is closed.”
Customer: “Why?”
Manager: *Shocked at the need to ask.* “The cashier has suffered a medical emergency.”
Customer: “Then they should have called someone to replace them.”
Manager: “Are you serious?! Go to another lane, ma’am.”
Customer: *Walking away but muttering.* “This isn’t very accommodating! What if I had been disabled?”
