A Couple Of Reasons To Say No

(My husband and I are driving home from attending a friend’s wedding. He is hoping to get lucky.)

Husband: “So, now we have to go consummate their marriage, right?”

Me: gagging sound* “Wow, that is something I never ever want to think about when we’re doing it.”

Husband: “So, there’s no chance?”

Me: “Uh… not now. I need brain bleach. Thanks a lot.”
