Pokémon Justice Served On A Plate

(I am filling the dishwasher after school. I’m in a bit of hot water with my stepmom over my excessive gaming and one of my grades kinda tanking. I have some trouble putting bowls in because the dishwasher is mostly full and me having a bit of a brain fart. My stepmom then proceeds to move something in the dishwasher and puts the dish in my hand in.)

Stepmom: *mildly annoyed* “If you needed to fit a Pokémon in a hole, you would figure it out right away!”

Me: *without missing a beat* “Find me a Wailord and we’ll test that theory.”

(That was the first time I have ever rendered my stepmom speechless with something other than my laziness.)
