(I am on a bus. The driver gets into his seat and begins to pull out of the bus loop. While most are an average between the two, bus drivers can range from ‘sullen and silent,’ to this guy…)
Driver: *loudly and cheerfully* “HELLO everyone, and WELCOME to the number 1 bus! We WILL be making ALL station stops, INCLUDING Sheridan College! Thank you for riding with us today. Happy Monday!”
(You have to love a guy who can say ‘Happy Monday’ without irony!)
