Bookended The Trip

(I finish my work quickly, so my teachers often send me around the school to pass around notes. One day, I stop in the library, and pick up a couple books. My teacher notices when I come back.)
Teacher: “[My Name], why do you have library books?”
Me: “I made a detour.”
(The teacher laughed. She never asked me why I stopped in the library after that.)
