(I’m unlocking the front door when I notice a small spider on my sister’s face. Knowing she’s scared of them, I swipe it off.)

Sister: “What was on me?”

Me: “A spider.”

Sister: *starts to freak out* “Eh?! Did you kill it?”

Me: “No, I was trying not to slap you.”

Sister: “You should’ve slapped me!”

Me: *confused* “You wanted me to slap you?”

Sister: *checking for the spider* “I would’ve understood if you had!”
