Behind The Screens

I used to work in IT support years ago. I’m helping a woman who is having trouble with one of our applications.

Me: “See if the application is hiding behind one of the apps on the screen.”

Caller: *Grunting.* “No, all I see are cables.”

She sounded like a very sweet old lady and felt bad she had to stand up for that, but I facepalmed so hard when I heard it.
