(I am teaching Intro to Computer Science to first years. The class has been very relaxed, but the attendance is bad. So, during the two hour exam:)
Me: “Attention, class. There are five minutes left…”
Class: *panic looks everywhere*
Me: “…until the middle of the exam. Keep working.”
(I got some very nasty looks after that. It was worth it.)
