Alienating The Class
Middle School | Learning
| June 7, 2015
(It’s Halloween, and my teacher is wearing a hat with aliens on it.)
Student: “Mr. [Name], do you think UFOs are real?”
Teacher: “No.”
Student: “So you don’t think aliens are real?”
Teacher: “No, aliens most likely are real. It’s a big universe.”
Student: “How can you believe in aliens but not UFOs?”
Teacher: “A couple of years ago I had a student who was an alien, and she said they didn’t fly here, they teleported here. That’s how I know there are no UFOs.”
(To this day, that’s the excuse I use to get out of conversations about UFOs.)
