(I’m meeting my girlfriend after our classes, to take her out to get a quick bite to eat before I take her home.)
Girlfriend: “Hello…” *pause* “…love! Why was I about to call you ‘dove’?”
Me: “Because I’m sweet and loving?”
(She gives me a look.)
Me: *laughing* “Yeah, I’m no dove.”
Girlfriend: “Yeah, you’re really more like my crow!”
Me: “So, smart and a total bada**?”
(I laughing hysterically.)
