A Wonton Disregard For The Worksheet
(Our teacher is the best because they let us eat in class, and today the class is working on an algebra worksheet. A student has taken out a bag of wontons they had forgotten to eat at lunch, and they smell really good.)
Teacher: “Shouldn’t you be focusing on your worksheet also?”
Student: “Yes, I am.”
Teacher: “I’ve been noticing you have been bringing wontons every day for the past week. Is there a reason?”
Student: “Yes, [Teacher]. I’m proud to be an Asian!”
Teacher: “You work on that.”
Student: “Eating wontons, my worksheet, or being proud to be an Asian?”
Teacher: “All three.”
