A Real Bread Winner
Our bakery sells bread at a discount at the end of the day to reduce waste. A woman comes in and looks at the discount section.
Customer: “How many loaves are there?”
Me: “In the discount section? Fourteen.”
Customer: “I’ll take them all.”
Me: “Wow. That’s a lot of bread!”
Customer: “Well, life is a s*** sandwich these days.” *Holds up some loaves.* “The more bread you have, the less s*** you taste.”
I can’t argue against the state of the world… and good bread to make you feel better!
