A Different Kind Of Tea Party

I’m serving a table with two people. I take their drink order, and one declines a drink. I turn to the other customer.

Me: “And for you?”

Customer: “Can I have one hot tea, please? And can you bring an extra teabag and an extra pot of hot water?”

I had to explain to them that I couldn’t just give them free tea.
