Has Beef With The Fish

(My sister and I are visiting at our mom’s house. Even though Mom is cooking dinner, I won’t be able to stay, so I grab some crisp-breads and tuna salad. It is not my regular tuna and is kind of gross.)

Me: “This tuna is really fishy.”

Sister: “It’s fish…”

Me: “But it’s really fishy fish.”

Sister: “Well, what did you want; BEEFY fish?!”

Mom: *trying not to crack up laughing* “GET OUT OF MY KITCHEN! Y’all are in my way.”

Me: “I’m not eating this. It’s too fishy fish. It made my mouth taste like sadness.”

(Mom loses it and starts laughing so hard she is crying.)

Sister: “Now look! You and your beefy fishy fish broke our mother!”
