A Ballsy Question

(I am an eight-year-old girl, with three older sisters. My little brother has just been born, and I’m watching the nurse change his diaper for the first time with interest.)

Me: “Mom! What is that?!” *points*

Mom: “What?”

Me: “That!”

Mom: *embarrassed* “That’s his ‘thing’!”

Me: “No, not THAT. That brown stuff around it. Is it doo doo?”

Mom: “It’s his things! I’ll explain later. Now hush and go play!”

(The kind nurse took me aside and explained to me. It wasn’t doo doo…)
