(We’re all in discussion groups for our geography class. Our teacher asks us to pick names. Student #2 is the quietest person in the class.)
Teacher: “Okay, team one. Let’s hear it.”
Student #1: “Team Swagmaster 5000.”
(Her team dissolves into laughter.)
Student #2: *with her head on her desk* “We never agreed on that!”
Student #1: “Everyone but you agreed on it, [Student #2].”
(The teacher referred to them as Team Swagmaster 5000 for the rest of the class, much to Student #2’s horror.)
