(I just handed back a math quiz.)
Student: “Miss [My Name], the grading on my test is false! I have the same solution for the last question as [other student] and he got 10 points. Why do I only have 4?”
Me: *examines the paper briefly* “[Student], that’s not a 4. That’s my signature.”
