Glitter Can Be Soul Destroying

(My friend and I work at an aftercare in a school near our college. On this particular day, my friend helped the children do an art project, using copious amounts of glitter which got all over the table. We’re packing up to leave once all the kids are gone, after trying to clean the glitter off the table about five or six times.)

Friend: *looking in the mirror* “Ugh, there’s glitter all over my face… and my soul.”
