Unfiltered Story #32578

(I am currently interning at a library in an elementary school and while we’re not allowed to be overly open about it, we are allowed to have gum while on the job. I happen to be working with third graders at a task station that requires being on the floor. One of the kids looks over at me.)

Kid 1: (Miss Name), have you been eating mints?

Kid 2: (Kid 1), don’t ask such rude questions!

(I redirected their attention so I wouldn’t have to answer but a part of me was squealing over how cute they were.)
